iptables-D fail2ban-"SERVICE"-s "IP ADDRESS"-j DROP

SERVICES and IPADDRESS be adjusted accordingly.

Example: iptables-D fail2ban-cccam_signaturefailed-s 192.168.1.13-j DROP
